Your username for the gaming account is your registered email.
To create or reset the password for your account, you can follow these instructions:
- First, you need to click on Log in
- Here, choose Log in with credentials.
- Then, a link will be displayed that says: Forgot your login details?
- Using the abovementioned link, you need to verify yourself with BankID and then create a new password
The password must contain:
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least 12 characters long
- Have no references to your e-mail address, name, or date of birth

In order to create a new password, you'll need to be signed out from your gaming account.
