There can be several reasons for being unable to log in. Please check the following:
- If you use a VPN, we ask you to turn it off.
- You have an active Spelpaus block. You can log in to Spelpaus and verify whether you have any existing blocks.
- You have an active self-exclusion – please contact our Support and we will assist you.
- Your BankID has expired. Make sure your BankID is still valid, if not please contact your bank.
- You are currently overseas. We are licensed to offer our games in Sweden only.
